These Terms govern your use of ZeroWatch ("the Service"), operated from India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ZeroWatch monitors public vulnerability disclosure sources and notifies you of items that may affect the software stack you declare. ZeroWatch is an informational tool. It is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee detection of every relevant vulnerability. You remain responsible for securing your systems.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the stack information you provide and for actions taken under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it to facilitate unlawful activity.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay or Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (GST for Indian customers). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
