Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. On cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Monthly plans are billed in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and are not satisfied, email billing@zerowatch.aiskillhub.info for a full refund of that payment. After 7 days, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends.

Failed or duplicate charges

Any duplicate or erroneous charge is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
