This policy explains how ZeroWatch handles your data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and the GDPR.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address.
• Stack data: the software components, versions and app names you declare.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (no third-party ad tracking).

How we use it

We use your email to send the security alerts you signed up for and essential service notices. We use your stack data solely to match disclosures to your software. We do not sell your data.

What we do not access

We never connect to your servers, code, or infrastructure. You declare your stack manually; nothing is scanned on your side.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us, and we will erase your personal data within 30 days.

Your rights

Processors

We use Razorpay/Stripe (payments) and an email delivery provider (alerts). Each processes data only to provide their function.
